In my short stay on earth, I have come to see that some are the Potter of their misfortune. How would you explain this? A man has a car but no money in his account and no source of income. Yet he wants to look classy in the eyes of others. He goes a-borrowing to keep up with the Joneses and worse just to spend it to keep his status rather to relieve himself of his ghastly predicament. He keeps on with his self deceit until his debt and probably lies to his debtors choke him. He is then left naked and dishonourable to all. What shall it profit a man if he looks financially buoyant in the eyes of all, yet lacks a dime to quench his thirst? It's all pride. Oh pride! The source of many woes. What would be wrong if he sold or leased the car out to get capital to start something that would start fetching him his daily bread? No, he would not want to look less honourable in the sight of his peers most of whom are also in big time debt. Be wise. You are not made to keep up with the Joneses. Other people's opinion of you only count when you make it count and remember pride goes before a fall.
