Never called you a moron. I was referring to the blacklist folks and abusers that use this to get one over the witnesses that downvote or blacklist them, instead of focusing on the issue.

The agreement was that Stinc wouldnt use it and they trusted him. That was a dumb thing to do but thats the reasoning. That is the contract im talking about.
If they did this before then there would be no need for agreement.

They should have acted sooner and they didnt. They were lazy, complacent and felt too comfortable.
