Just because Ned broke the social contract and his promise on how the stake will be used does not mean the agreement is now void.

To be fair, my argument was that it's the witnesses who made the agreement void, by turning a blind eye all these years to Ned breaking the promise again and again for their personal profit.

Still, that doesn't change the fact that I am a moron!!!
