Thought we were made for each other,
We promise nothing's gonna put asunder,
But when the hurricane came, you love
another,
Leaving me to wonder,
Wasn't it you who promised forever,
Then it hit me, you never loved me
I was just an end to a means,
And when I could no longer fulfill those
needs,
You went in search of another,
It hurt so badly at first,
To have someone you love betray your trust,
U thought of all the times we had loved,
And I realized, you never really loved.
