my posts are not always going to be sad. i mean, i have done some interesting things as well. i moved to beautiful portugal in december 2019. before then, i lived in nigeria (which is where i am originally from). i moved here alone ,while my family moved to the United kingdom. portugal is a really nice country with lovely people. i thought coming here would be so hard for me because of the colour of my skin, but it's been okay so far.my only challenge was the language !! before i moved to portugal i spoke only english. it was so difficult to learn the language because i don't speak any other latin based language (even though i learned french in school lol). it's been a great journey for me learning to speak another language. i lived in lisbon for nine months. there were good and bad times but hey! that's what life's about. i was able to explore the city properly and meet people as well. summer time at the beaches in lisbon is to die for!! i also visited Porto, beautiful city with a lot of history, made me wish my country was like that. and now i Live in Aveiro, where i am going to study to be a nurse for the next four years. i am really excited about it.
minhas postagens nem sempre serão tristes. quer dizer, também fiz coisas interessantes. mudei-me para a bela portugal em dezembro de 2019. antes disso, vivia na nigéria (que é de onde sou originalmente). mudei para cá sozinho, enquanto minha família se mudou para o Reino Unido. portugal é um país muito simpático com gente adorável. Achei que vir aqui seria muito difícil para mim por causa da cor da minha pele, mas está tudo bem até agora. meu único desafio era o idioma !! antes de me mudar para portugal, eu só falava inglês. foi tão difícil aprender a língua porque eu não falo nenhuma outra língua latina (embora eu tenha aprendido francês na escola rs). tem sido uma grande jornada para mim aprender a falar outro idioma. morei em lisboa nove meses. houve momentos bons e ruins, mas hey! é disso que se trata a vida. Pude explorar a cidade de maneira adequada e também conhecer pessoas. o verão nas praias de lisboa é to die for!! !! Visitei também o Porto, cidade linda com muita história, que me fez desejar que o meu país fosse assim. e agora vivo em Aveiro, onde vou estudar enfermagem nos próximos quatro anos. Estou mesmo entusiasmado em relação a isso.
