A revolution began I beijing around 2010, and it wasn’t politics. But beer. And many local breweries started making their own ales from 100% local ingredients. So we went for a stroll along the Quianhai Lake, which I can highly recommend, looking for something to quench our thirst.

We found a nice old wooden building, probably dating back a couple of hundred years, climbed the stairs which had many ancient relics from the past on display. It gave a really historic atmosphere.

We took the best seat at the rooftop floor, and was rewarded by probably old towns greatest view while we enjoyed a yanjing beer :) goooood

The north point of the lake has one wooden building with a rooftop garden/Bar on it. That’s the one :)
