Isn't this clearly a matter of personal privacy and personal identity?

And if someone's "uncomfortable" can't they simply use one of the available stalls?

That's just one of many "arguments" that attempt to illustrate the crucial PERSONAL PRIVACY and PERSONAL SOVEREIGNTY issues at stake here.

It seems incredible to me that "conservatives" and even many so-called libertarians somehow imagine they want "the government" to stay out of their "personal lives" and yet, they insist on telling people (who disagree with them) what they can and cannot do with their own bodies.

If the hippies and freaks and bikers make you uncomfortable, you can't simply have them kicked out and arrested.

If the mentally ill make you uncomfortable, you can't simply have them kicked out and arrested.
