Yeah. I have finally got to running 5k under 20 mins.
It is a surprise considering that I slightly bruised my heel yesterday when I fell off the wall when climbing on boulders. It was outdoors bouldering wall so there was no mattress protection. It wasn't high but some clown stood next to the wall without keeping safe distance so I didn't manage to safely fall trying not to hit the guy.
Today there is a larger streak of graffiti photos than usual.
