The Chancellor of the Exchequer announces that "Britcoin" is in the horizon.
The majority of currency out there is created through private banks, you could just call it a private bank digital currency. Central banks are going to provide competition to this, however with a loss of freedoms.
We have heard talk of CBDC but they are looking like a reality now.
