Hello the friends, I discovered some times ago a cocktail which I adore, it is fresh and delicious. I have still drunk it last Friday during a dinner with my father and my mother-in-law in a good Greek restaurant and iltalien. It is the cocktail which can use on every occasion, for a meal to the restaurant, during a party either still during a barbecue in the garden.
Here the recipe :
Aperol or Campari
Prosecco
sparkling water or soda water (seven up, sprite)
Ice cubes
1 slice of orange for the decoration
Take a glass "tumbler" or better on foot, put first 3 or 4 ice cubes and half a round of orange, then pour 1/3 Aperol or Campari then 2/3 of Prosecco and finally a dash of water gas.
Dip a spoon at the bottom of the glass to gently lift the Aperol or Campari. A good mix without losing the bubbles will allow your Spritz to be better balanced.
