I just finished a 6.33km run that lasted about 40mm:44ss !
I went down with something viral and nasty last weekend (not covid, it would appear). It cleared up with a couple of days in bed, but it means I haven't run since last Thursday and there was always the worry that I was going to experience the shortness of breath and tiredness that is reported, if I started running. But turns out I can still do it and wasn't any more worn out than usual :)
