I always do a bit of this before I start recording something, no matter how light or serious it needs to be - I need my energy up.
Mostly I just edit it out and leave it on the digital cutting room floor, but today, my camera decided I was finished at this point and even though I went through the "serious" bit, this was all that was left.
So while I do Take 2, enjoy my ridiculousness...
PS got the play button right on the nose too!
