干嘣鸡
今天终于吃了垂涎已久的干嘣鸡。前几天每次路过都是人满为患，今天刚好没什么人果断买了一只尝尝鲜。
干嘣鸡又名爆香鸡，也被称爆米鸡、干爆鸡，灵感来自于中国老式爆米花机。采用高压罐装烹饪方式，让人眼前一亮，从点火到出锅五分钟，高压冲气让路人都躲得远远的。不放油，不放水，原汁原味，看起来很好吃的样子。
真正吃了感觉也就那样，没有特别好吃，也不会难吃，喜欢吃鸡的人可以试试，下酒还是很不错的。
