WHAT MAKES ME SPECIAL?

Back then while I was in primary school and in my early secondary school , we were usually given this topic as an essay writing examination, test or assignments; “in 100 words, write an essay telling us about yourself”.

It was easy for us, because we basically just write our names, state of origin, favourite stuffs (food, colour..), hobbies, e.t.c… but I have come to learn as I age that describing oneself can be really difficult.

I will say I am still discovering myself but the little I know, I’ll love to share with you. First, we all start with our name which is really formal.

My name is plainly Oluwole Gbemisola Elizabeth, most people might know me as Liz, I think I love to use Liz because most people especially people who are not from the Yoruba tribe do not pronounce my name rightly. Just to make them comfortable I picked the easiest form

I am from ondo state, which makes a Yoruba girl. I am the last born of my family. We are six (6) in number, my parents and four (4) which includes me. I love pets especially dogs, our family own three dogs (a Rottweiler, a Boerboel, a Pitbull)

My physical appearance?

I am slim, average tall, dark in complexion,I can say I have a 4c black hair, an hourglass shape and for my face I been having pimples lately which is really sad, for my beauty I’m leaving that for the beholder

My personality are good or bad according to your judgement. I’ll say that I am an extrovert and introvert ( ambivert, they call it), I am really friendly and barely have issues with friends but I don’t usually keep friends. I feel like that is just the cycle of life and I really can’t force keeping friends.

I am very reserved, very observative , I try to reason with everyone’s reason and understand them. I have always hope to study psychology or therapist as a course, but it does not seem lucrative here in Nigeria.

I can be lazy and hardworking, depending on my mood. I have a very good self-esteem for myself, I think it is a family thing we can easily be rubbished.

I am very smart, also book smart and also love to learn. I am very outspoken, generous, kind and I can be rude, very rude and be full of sarcasm but only, when needed. I love making myself comfortable, hardly make myself uncomfortable because of someone.

I love to talk, this might sound funny.. but yeah, I love to talk, to have conservation with someone, we share opinions on a particular topic. I also love reading (well, not really school books, lol). And yeah, I love God so much and I am also from a Christian home.

I love acting, I love to watch movies (yeah, I think I am kind of addicted to that). I have also imagined stories in my head, hoping to write them as a script and maybe publish them somedays. But surprisingly, I find myself in a medical line.

I do crotchet, I love to cook, bake or just messing around the kitchen. I can spend my time watching thousands of video which are based on food but I am not a foodie, not at all. I love to journal.. I already made a bullet journal for the year 2023. (Which I hope to share with you too before the year runs out)

I have a lot of flaws about me, I mean no one can be perfect, I can be outspoken but I really can’t stand to speak to a crowds, I don’t trust easily, I have dealt with a lot of things even with how little I am.

I wish for a lot, I have a lot dreams which I am working on. But my greatest of all is make an impact in this world.
