𝔸𝕝𝕡𝕙𝕒𝕓𝕖𝕥 ℍ𝕦𝕟𝕥 𝕝𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣 ℕ - ℕ𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 𝕆𝕨𝕝 𝕓𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕞𝕚𝕕𝕟𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 𝕠𝕚𝕝

Another Week of the Addictive 𝔸𝕝𝕡𝕙𝕒𝕓𝕖𝕥 ℍ𝕦𝕟𝕥 run by the wonderful artist @barbara-orenya, and we're looking at the 𝕃𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣 ℕ which was surprisingly difficult for me, but in the end I found some really ℕ𝕚𝕔𝕖 ℕ words!

ℕ𝔸𝕊𝕋𝕌ℝ𝕋𝕀𝕌𝕄𝕊

ℕ𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕥𝕚𝕦𝕞𝕤 often grow in the wild and not only has a pretty face, but also is a useful culinary and medicinal plant.

The flowers and leaves add a Nice peppery bite to salads and sandwiches and also gives that final touch to food plating.

ℕ𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕥𝕚𝕦𝕞𝕤 are known as Nature's Natural antibiotic. This healing plant will soon soothe and heal a sore throat.
One can also make a healing brew with it by adding garlic, lemon, ginger, thyme, cayenne pepper & honey to the chopped leaves and flowers.

ℕ𝕌𝕋𝕋𝕐 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 ℕ𝕌𝕋𝕊

ℕ𝕌𝕋𝕊 are super Nutritious and versatile in cooking and baking as well as snacking of course!

ℕ𝔸𝕍𝔼𝕃 𝕆𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕤

ℕ𝔸𝕍𝔼𝕃 Oranges are the best of all oranges as they are super sweet, great in juices and make the very best sweet Orange Marmalade.

𝕆𝕠𝕕𝕝𝕖𝕤 𝕠𝕗 ℕ𝕆𝕆𝔻𝕃𝔼𝕊

ℕ𝕆𝕆𝔻𝕃𝔼𝕊 is everyone's favourite comfort food, from the very young kiddies to grandma and grandpa.

ℕ𝔾𝕌ℕ𝕀 ℂ𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕝𝕖

The name ℕ𝔾𝕌ℕ𝕀 Cattle is derived from the Nguni people of Africa, and interestingly came into Africa around 8000 years ago!

This painting was done by my Niece's son DJ who was only 10 years old when he painted this, a really talented young man who now is a big burly rugby player and sadly is not doing much painting Nowadays!

ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 𝕆𝕨𝕝

The image I'm using here is of a ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 Owl, but of course this word has a double meaning; I confess that I am also a ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 Owl, definitely not an Early Bird;)
