Looks like I've been missing all the action here on Silver Bloggers while going MIA last week, but it's great being back again, and I hope to catch up with all the goings-on here!
Hive is looking good, rising slowly but surely at the moment, and I am very sure it will reach the stars one of these very fine days again!

Boys and their toys - my brother was so engrossed in being back at our favourite haunt down south, and playing with his drone to share the natural beauty of the ocean, the massive boulders and sandy beach, that he forgot to press the record button, and only realized this when back at home!
My sister-in-law had a bad fall the night before departure, damaged her shoulder really badly, but had surgery this morning and all is well! She now can pass as a bionic woman as she has some metal parts in her shoulders. No joke, however, she was in real pain but managed to perk up and enjoy the laughter while down there.
Well, that's just another excuse to go back once my sister-in-law has recovered from her surgery.
I shared our Glenmore jaunt with the 
Listening to the sound of the ocean truly is a balm to the soul; I know I've said that before, but it really is so true!
We were a group of eight, all doing our own thing during the day exploring rock pools, and the long sandy beach, but did not venture too much on the rocks - sad to say, being silver does affect one's balance, and we could not afford another accident.
My brother spoilt us with a seafood feast and guess what - we were so busy chatting and laughing at all the stories that surfaced, that I did not even take one photo; my brother, not being a blogger, only took photos of the casual Dolphin Pub & Grill and none of the food!
Another reason to go back there as well! Some of us ordered the most delicious very very garlicky and creamy Mussel Pots for a starter, which was enough for a meal by the way, so some of the food landed in a takeaway container, as we all nibbled on the absolutely scrumptious seafood platter.
I however did not forget to take a pic of the divine homemade bread Silver Mama Chef made for us.
My friend had us in stitches about her tale of going to a Rod Stewart concert - and getting so enraptured with his raspy voice, that she was tempted, like some of the young ones, to be daring and throw her .....ummmm....onto the stage, but thank goodness it was pouring with rain that night and wearing a plastic raincoat, made her job near impossible.
I will not go into much detail, except to say, I had a sore tummy that night from laughing.
My friend certainly missed her calling, should have been on stage herself :):)
Sharing one of the views from the gardens in the resort - the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night.
The benefits of retirement is that one gets to take midweek breaks when there are no crowds, and that is a big bonus, so I will end with a sunrise...again...as they are simply stunning down that way!
There's a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.
