I get it and understand people need money to survive and work is one way to achieve that. But there's a difference between turning up to work like a robot to do the minimum in return for money, and turning up for work with heart and passion and get rewarded.

Whilst both go home with the same pay packet at the end of the week/month, I'm certain the latter are much happier, both at home and at work, and end up not just financially richer. A lot of people just don't have the right mentality and attitude nowadays and that's killing everything, including themselves
