¡Saludos gente! El día de ayer al salir de trabajar aprovechamos mi mejor amiga y yo de ir a conocer un nuevo café que tenemos por aquí en la isla y vengo a contarles un poco de como estuvo.
Menta Café, es una nueva experiencia en café que inauguraron hace poco en la isla, finales del año pasado, si mal no recuerdo. Mi amiga y yo teníamos pendiente ir a visitarlo porque ofrecen jugos naturales tipo Cold Presed, es decir, zumos naturales prensados al frío que tienen mejor sabor y contienen más nutrientes (información proporcionada por la chica, por cierto, porque yo ni idea de que estas eran las características que los diferenciaban de los comunes).
Entonces, ya saben como es el algoritmo, cada vez que podía nos recordaba que existían y que debíamos probarlo.
Sin embargo, como nos ha pasado otras veces, como fuimos al salir de la consulta, estábamos ambas agotadas y necesitábamos un shut de un buen café urgente, así que después de tanto ver los jugos en las RRSS, cuando llegamos solo quisimos pedir un café grande y algún postre, para después ir en otro momento y probar los jugos.
Nos dispusimos a revisar el menú y encontramos que tienen variedad de platos tipo brunch, ofrecen bebidas (con o sin alcohol), té, los jugos, cafés de diferentes tipos y algunos postres especiales de la casa.
Yo, si ya me han leído, saben que tengo preferencia por el brownie y me gusta probar los de diferentes lugares para compararlos entre sí, así que pedí un Café Especial que ofrecen tipo Latte Vainilla deslactosada y el Deli Brownie, el cual está preparado con harina de almendras y cacao, endulzado con monk fruit.
Debo decir que, mientras esperaba por el café, fue que noté el decorado del lugar, el cual ¡Amé por completo! En colores menta, off white, topes estilo mármol blanco y gris y terminados con madera tipo pino, la iluminación era tenue, y todo se sentía demasiado relajado.
No fue hasta después de un rato que noté las lámparas que colgaban del techo y ¡WOW! Sentí que ¡Las necesitaba en mi vida con urgencia! ¡Qué preciosas! Creo que no había visto unas lámparas tan bonitas desde hace un tiempo. Parecen hechas de mecatillo, con formas de flores y combinan perfecto con la madera que tienen los detalles del lugar.
No sé si a ustedes les pasa igual que a mí, pero cuando el lugar es tan acogedor, el café puede no estar muy bueno o los platos no sean espectaculares, pero los detalles marcan la diferencia y hacen que te sientas ¡tan bien! Que igual quieres volver al lugar, por eso me fijo tanto en estos detalles y los describo siempre que puedo.
Sin embargo, no fue necesario enfocarme solo en la decoración del lugar, porque al llegar, el café de verdad estaba ¡muy bueno! Y el brownie (para estar hecho con harina de almendras y endulzado con monk) estaba húmedo, blandito y tenía muy buen sabor, ¡lo amé! Debo decir que he probado mejores, pero no hecho con este tipo de ingredientes Healthy así que le doy un 8/10.
Está ubicado en City Place en la zona de Playa el Ángel en Pampatar, Isla de Margarita en Venezuela, así que, si en algún momento pasan por aquí, no olviden visitarlo, les va a encantar la experiencia, además la atención es de primera y tienen mucha variedad para escoger.

Greetings people! Yesterday after work my best friend and I took the opportunity to visit a new café we have here on the island and I am here to tell you a little bit about it.
Menta Café, is a new coffee experience that opened recently on the island, at the end of last year, if I remember correctly. My friend and I had been meaning to visit it because they offer natural Cold Presed juices, that is, natural cold-pressed juices that taste better and contain more nutrients (information provided by the girl, by the way, because I had no idea that these were the characteristics that differentiated them from the regular ones).
So, you know how the algorithm is, every time she could she reminded us that they existed and that we should try them.
However, as has happened to us other times, as we went as we were leaving the consultation, we were both exhausted and needed a shut of a good coffee urgently, so after so much seeing the juices in the RRSS, when we arrived we just wanted to order a large coffee and some dessert, then go another time and try the juices.
We set out to check the menu and found that they have a variety of brunch type dishes, they offer drinks (with or without alcohol), tea, the juices, coffees of different types and some special desserts of the house.
If you have already read me, you know that I have a preference for brownies and I like to try the ones from different places to compare them with each other, so I ordered a Special Coffee that they offer Vanilla Latte type and the Deli Brownie, which is prepared with almond flour and cocoa, sweetened with monk fruit.
I must say that, while I was waiting for my coffee, I noticed the decor of the place, which I absolutely loved! In mint colors, off white, white and gray marble style tops and pine wood finishes, the lighting was dim, and everything felt too relaxed.
It wasn't until after a while that I noticed the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and WOW! I felt like I needed them in my life so badly, how beautiful! I don't think I've seen such beautiful lamps in a while. They look like they are made of mecatillo, with flower shapes and they match perfectly with the wood details of the place.
I don't know if it happens to you like it does to me, but when the place is so cozy, the coffee may not be very good or the dishes may not be spectacular, but the details make the difference and make you feel so good! That's why I pay so much attention to these details and describe them whenever I can.
However, I didn't need to focus only on the decoration of the place, because upon arrival, the coffee was really good! And the brownie (for being made with almond flour and sweetened with monk) was moist, soft and had a very good flavor, I loved it! I must say I've had better, but not made with this kind of Healthy ingredients so I give it an 8/10.
It is located in City Place in the area of Playa el Angel in Pampatar, Margarita Island in Venezuela, so, if you ever pass by here, don't forget to visit it, you will love the experience, plus the service is first class and they have a lot of variety to choose from.
