Go to steemauto.com and get on the curation trail of someone you trust whose goal it is to regularly vote for quality content
Vote “organically” for quality content you find on the platform yourself
Go to steemauto.com and automate some of your votes for users you know consistently produce quality content (be sure to watch the video above to learn how to set your vote settings)
A combination of all of the above
Whenever you vote, you are tapping into the rewards pool and pouring it into the mug of someone you believe deserves it.
If you don’t use your voting power, someone else will. There is a certain amount of reward in the pool. If you choose not to tap into it, that is more for someone else to tap into. So in a nutshell, if you don’t vote, then you are allowing someone else to decide how your voting power is used.
I don’t care how you vote--organically, on a curation trail, or automated--just be sure you choose to allocate your voting power in a way that goes toward quality users. This way, the money gets into the right hands. People who create quality content and curate well are the kinds of people who contribute to the platform and make it grow. When we reward them, they replenish the pool, they reward quality users, they become advocates for the minnows, they make this a fertile ground for success, and the world goes round.
One way to earn money on curation is to hop on a curation trail that votes for quality content that earns money. If your vote gets in the right hands, then it will land back in your lap as more in the reward pool to go around.
You will get a percentage of that pie, as 25% of the total end vote goes toward curators. So if you hop on a curation trail that already has a lot of people, you will not get much, as you’re last in line. Get on the trail of someone who does not have as many, and who you already trust to make good voting decisions. Check your wallet and see it grow. It will be only cents to the dollar, but it is an effortless way to increase your wallet size and your Steem Power.
You may also vote just for voting's sake. This is fine too.
