If you think you're psychic, you're probably psychic. Most people ultimately, with a little fine tuning, are capable of all kinds of 6th sense things, they just don't know it. We all come from the same stuff. And the "stuff" is connected. Like a big, giant, bed in the sky that we sleep in all day and all night long. Together. All the time. The universe is like one big blanket. And I basically know if you farted under the covers.
Three Ways To Refine Your Psychic Abilities:
- Get into a theta state
- Learn how to listen to your intuition
- Practice trusting your intuition by experimenting on friends
THETA STATE
The ONLY way to refine your psychic ability is to shut down the idiot ego that thinks it knows everything. The only way to do that, that I am aware of, is getting into the theta state.
The best way I know of to get into theta is right before bed, right when you wake up, when you are lucid dreaming, or when you are in a regular routine of meditation. I do all of the above. Every day.
LISTEN TO INTUITION
There are a LOT of exercises and guided meditations out there to help you get into the theta state more quickly. If you have access to the internet, then you have access to plenty.
What works for me may not work for you, but I'll make a post on it so you can feel better. In the meantime, feel free to hit me up on Discord. I'm happy to give you tips and tricks I used to get where I am.
But if you've got some reason to think there is something to it, then there probably is.
PRACTICE
The more you practice, the better you get. Period.
