I think the Love Parade and Burning Man were a product of their era because of the use of psychedelic substances, along with a new breed of synthetic (love) drugs. These chemicals always accelerate cultural consciousness when they're taken, particularly in the 1960s. This is certainly the time for people, particularly our leaders to start taking LSD. LSD is the antidote to mutual self-destruction.
