We recommend, however, that Agent 23 show a little more restraint in attitude and appearance; it is not conducive to the current emerging trend to show oneself through immodesty in fashion and manners. Rather, we recommend less ostentatious dress and not overdoing it with the wealth displayed, but practising understatement. In any case, Genie 23 deserves a severe rebuke for his sexual excesses; he should be forbidden to have fun with princesses and other females.

Field Agent Genie 23 is one of our most valuable assets even though his methods are unconventional. He likes to experiment in order to "gently coax" uncooperative subjects such as the fairy in question. Rest assured, he is constantly under observation and knows very well that relations between genii and creatures of other realms (including humans and fairies) is strictly forbidden by Rule 69 of the Genie Code of Conduct. The matter regarding Princess Jasmine was investigated and no disciplinary action was taken because the Princess in question did not object to the interaction and said she was "thoroughly satisfied" with our agent's performance. We do appreciate your concern and shall keep it in mind.
