Frase de Henry Ford: "Un negocio que solo da dinero es un pobre negocio".
En estos días revisando el Instagram, alguien había publicado una imagen que contenía esta frase, la leí, por un momento no la asimilé, pero al rato fue que la interioricé, pudiendo así reflexionarla: ¡Cuánta razón tenía Henry Ford con esta frase! Con razón tuvo tanto éxito, fue un gran hombre de negocios, donde pudo extender su gran empresa automotriz especialmente.
Me puse a reflexionar que si todos pensáramos de esa manera, por lo menos los venezolanos, entonces nuestro país sería diferente. Yo he querido dedicar este mes del amor, al amor al emprendimiento, cuando hablamos de amor, lo hacemos mayormente del amor entre las personas, pero me ha parecido en este mes muy importante hablar del amor a lo que hacemos, lo que producimos, lo que emprendemos.
La mayor parte de nuestro día la pasamos trabajando, bien sea en una empresa o negocio de otra persona, pero también muchos vivimos de nuestros emprendimientos. Si no amamos lo que hacemos, pues no tendremos buenos resultados, si no amamos lo que hacemos en nuestro trabajo, así sea trabajándole a alguien, pues nuestra vida será un caos, porque es lo que hacemos más, lo hacemos todos los días, algunas personas trabajan de lunes a viernes, otros de lunes a sábados, otros de domingo a domingo, si trabajamos por trabajar solo por recibir una remuneración, pues, nos volveremos personas sin sentido en la vida y personas amargadas.

I wanted to dedicate this month of love to the love of entrepreneurship, when we talk about love, we mostly talk about love between people, but I thought it was very important this month to talk about the love of what we do, what we produce, what we undertake
We spend most of our day working, either in a company or in someone else's business, but also many of us live from our undertakings. If we do not love what we do, we will not have good results, if we do not love what we do in our work, even if we work for someone, our life will be chaos, because it is what we do most, we do it every day, some people work from Monday to Friday, others from Monday to Saturday, others from Sunday to Sunday, if we work just to work just to get paid, well, we will become meaningless in life and bitter people
Hemos podido notar en algún lugar de trabajo donde nos hemos desenvuelto, que hay personas que son amargadas todos los días del año, que no es solamente un día que está así sino cada minuto y segundo del día, y es porque han perdido el amor a lo que hacen, han perdido su vocación, su pasión por lo que hacen, se han convertido en máquinas que repiten las mismas acciones todos los días, mecánicamente, si le salen mal no le importa porque ese negocio no es de ellos, si les sale bien no se alegran porque no es suyo ese negocio, y nos vamos convirtiendo en personas indiferente, incapaz de lograr cambios, mejoras, y mucho menos de crear cosas nuevas, nos limitamos a hacer lo que me toca hacer y punto.
Una obra artística, sobre todo una pintura, está llena de color, pero realmente, toma vida gracias al pintor, a su ánimo, a su empeño y esfuerzo, porque podrá tener buenos colores pero si el pintor no le da vida a esos colores, creando, combinando, dibujando, poniendo lo mejor de él, así tenga las mejores pinturas, solo será un simple dibujo con colores juntos.

“Un negocio que solo da dinero es un pobre negocio”, así tal cual es, a veces nos preguntamos por qué lo que hacemos no prospera, quizá prosperó un tiempo, pero ya no pasa eso, pues es, tal cual como el amor entre dos personas, el negocio no depende de una sola persona, depende de varias, sino vamos renovando, innovando, poniéndole amor, entonces todo acabará, pero no porque el amor se muere, somos nosotros los que vamos perdiendo el interés por las personas o por las cosas, un negocio no solo fracasa por la parte económica, sino por el amor y esfuerzo que le inyectamos.
Por eso, es que todo lo que hago, lo hago con amor, al despertar lo primero que hago es dar gracias a Dios, pero también lo que hago es sonreírle a la vida, donarle amor a la vida. Todos los trabajos que he hecho, no los he visto solo como los que me proveen dinero, sino es como mi segundo hogar, es lo que decidí hacer, emprender, lograr, mi negocio debe ser un servicio a los demás, no es el medio por el que los demás me compran algo y con eso me dan de comer, ¡No!, eso es una mentalidad mediocre, un negocio es el que haces con amor, con el que eres feliz y con el que prestas un buen servicio a la comunidad, al país, para bien común, y más hermoso es como lo es nuestro emprendimiento, que es familiar.
Es bueno que cada día nos preguntemos hacia dónde vamos con nuestro emprendimiento, qué está ofreciendo de bueno a los demás, qué le está dejando al país o a la comunidad donde te desenvuelves.
Entonces, ¿tú negocio es un rico negocio o un pobre negocio?
