Bitterness is a feeling of pain, frustration, resentment, sadness, grief, displeasure, melancholy. It begins with slight feelings, but it is lodged in the heart, taking root in it, until it becomes bitterness. As everything in our life, with bitterness there is a cause and effect, there will always be an episode that will trigger, something that causes bitterness, giving as an effect, harmful fruits for each person

Bitterness can appear because of a disappointment in love, disappointments, deceptions, betrayals, when things do not go the way we want, not having a job, economic problems, family problems, injustices, resentment and so many other things

Bitterness is like an expression of depression, the person who suffers from it, sees everything in a negative way, sees problems everywhere, does not find the way out of things, as well as that person feels then wants to be emanating what he feels, that others think and feel the same as him

Bitterness keeps the person always resentful, with anger, resentment, turning all this into hatred, the worst cancer that human beings can have. Hatred gives as fruit bitterness, the person cannot be happy, he/she does not feel good anywhere, he/she is always criticizing, things have to be as they say, otherwise everybody is wrong or against them

Bitterness keeps the soul afflicted, the heart cannot find peace. The person who is bitter lives in an eternal complaining, they are always angry, they give bad answers to others, they are volatile, they believe that people seek to offend them, they maintain a low self-esteem even if they show that they are better than others

People who suffer from bitterness are neither happy nor let themselves be happy, they do not live in peace nor let others live in peace, they like to make people feel bad and seek to hit them where it hurts the most, to hurt them, they want others to see the world terribly as they see it

Bitter people are very hard and severe with other people, most of the time parents who usually suffer from this terrible evil, always unload this with their children or their partner

People who live with bitterness, carry a very heavy burden on their shoulders, but unfortunately those around them end up carrying part of that burden without having any desire to do so. Bitter people live a bleak life and look for others to live it as well. A very well known character that comes to my mind at this moment is Grinch, that particular character who did not like Christmas, as a reason for a great bitterness that he carried inside, he wanted to destroy that love for Christmas in others, he wanted others to feel what he felt, others were wrong, he was the one who lived a normal life

That's how bitter people are, they think others are wrong, they see life from their bad perspective of things, impregnated with bitterness

There are people who really do not realize the damage they do to others with their attitudes, they separate themselves from people, and do not consider the feelings of others but their own

Bitterness affects the person biologically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally and socially. Blood pressure problems, stomach and intestinal problems, heart disease may appear. Emotionally, they are insecure, anxious, always worried, with fears. On the spiritual side: they lose the meaning of life, they have no purpose, no goals, they feel rejected, frustrated, among others

Bitterness is a poison that damages the human being and society. It is one of the main reasons why there are so many wars, contempt for foreigners, humiliation, bullying, fractured interpersonal relationships, problems of coexistence, broken families, and so on

It is important that the person who may have all these symptoms, seek help, or if we have such people close to us, give them support and professional help

God is the only one who can help us and give us the strength to get out of all this together with professional help and the love of our loved ones

There must be understanding on both sides, those who are bitter must understand the damage they do and those of us who live with them must understand the ordeal they are going through. Let us seek help

The world is filling with bitterness, this pandemic has affected many people, let us fill the world with light, love, good works, by changing ourselves first others will see the example and the internal and external change will take place. Keep positive thoughts and scare away the negative ones

SHAKE THE BITTERNESS OUT OF YOUR LIFE
