Hi! #SWC community today I want to share with you what I did today, well I trained with my girlfriend it was a little rainy day but that didn't stop us, haha because she likes exercise as much as I do, she just likes the gym more and I like calisthenics.
I started with a beginner routine for her since she is new to calisthenics I told her to do exercises like Australian push-up assisted push-ups Assisted pull-ups Assisted pull-ups and bottoms she told me that was easy until she tried it and I started to feel her tiredness and she told me that it was not as easy as she thought after that we went to have some shakes and that's what we did today,
I hope you liked this post I will be uploading more content for the platform see you in another publication and well always taking into account the constancy discipline and perseverance so that every time you get closer to the goal 🔥💪🏼
