[ENGLISH - ESPAÑOL]
[ENGLISH] Hello dear friends photographers lovers of monochrome style, today back to my blog to give continuity to the previous post, surely you do not remember it so I leave a link below so you can review it.
Guys cross dangerous bridges. First part
However, if you are in a hurry and do not have time to review it, I will comment quickly.
This post was about a group of 6 children crossing a floating bridge over a lagoon located in a natural park in the province of Ciego de Ávila in the center of the Island of Cuba, below I leave a small photographic summary.
In today's post we give continuity to the previous story showing how those young people whose ages were between 11 and 14 years old were running back across the same bridge, at first everything was very quiet and as they returned they posed for me to take some photos, we had made good friendship during our conversations and they were very sociable guys.
However, a few minutes later one of the girls fell into the water [photo 11, 12, 13] we were all entertained with taking my photos, when we felt the desperate young woman screaming for help, one of the children, the oldest of all, ran like a bullet to rescue her, the young woman did not know how to swim and the tubes from which the bridge is built are of smooth surface which prevented her from climbing and holding, it seems that the aquatic plants (malanguetas) that floated on the water prevented the young woman from sinking.
Luckily the young man arrived quickly and was able to get the desperate little girl on board the bridge, the other children were laughing, they were not mature enough to realize the seriousness of the situation, personally I felt a terrible anguish of having happened a fatal accident would have remained in my an unforgettable memory of anguish.
After what happened, the children were still running and laughing on the bridge without anything having happened, showing the innocence proper to age, I was still somewhat startled by the bad time I had, I decided to return home and finish my work.
I hope that my story and the images will serve to sensitize all those people who have children, as parents we have to be attentive and vigilant to their behaviors, always try to give them the best education so that they grow up without going through dangerous situations like the ones I'm telling you today.
Kind regards.
Saludos cordiales.
