Two days ago he addressed his parliament and now almost all the politicians, economists, journalists and other media popular people in Russia are trying to guess what events will happen during next six years, and what's going on in Putin's head.
In fact, it seems to me quite obvious that parts of his speech were contradictory and that means different departments were responsible for preparing it. There was a “liberal” part as well as the “military” part.
Never happened a report though it is supposed to be a report of a president to a parliament since none of the power branches prevail :)
Military part is exactly that which shows that Putin is not a friend to his brain. Showing a military cartoon he seemed exactly excited about the weapon. And at the end he advised all the world to listen to him because of these armoury. WTF?
He still doesn't understand that he was “communicapable” before he decided to kill people in Georgia, Ukraine and Syria. But after that nobody in the world wants to talk with him. And the decision he invented to make everybody talk – weapon?
I didn't listened to the whole speech not to waste time for it but the most prominent parts of it were shown lot of times in the media.
