Finally I've got what stories I like here at Steemit. I came across some people who talked that 2008 year changed their lives and expectations. And now they will never be the same since they realize that they can loose everything very quickly. Though stock markets are much higher now, but that doesn't go about ordinary Americans. And I really appreciate these stories because they tell about people far away. What do they feel, what are their beliefs. How do they behave in different situations. Of course, I understand that all people are different and it doesn't mean only country to make this difference.
It wouldn't be interesting for me to know how people behave in my own country but an international community gives the opportunity to get to know others.
And to start I would like to tell a short story about me. Almost every week we are visiting a restaurant, that is not in the town, but we can walk to it during an hour maybe (I like walking very much and I usually prefer to come home by foot as well, but my companions prefer taxi and it costs 1 dollar).
It's not food what we like it about since usually they do not have everything from menu, but several dishes and we can sometimes choose between meat craps and potato dumplings.
But there is a magnificent atmosphere on the terrace near the Dnipro. The restaurant was reconstructed from a boat station of Soviet times, and there is no other place so close to the river. And not a house or any building nearby as this boat station is a second one in the town near touristic hill in the honour of our greatest ukrainian poet.
My companions were really surprised that usually we see very grim faces of the personnel there. But I understand the fact, I'm native here. People do like strangers around and can smile and help in ordinary situations, but you will not be able to make people smile if they are supposed to according to position they hold. It goes like a protest that you can make them do anything for you but can not make them feel.
And they are not in a hurry at any time. We can seat and wait enjoying the place for a long time. Once we even were alone on the terrace. But sometimes almost all the tables are occupied though it takes time to get there.
