Es importante salir de nuestra rutina diaria si no llegaremos a colapsar, se que es difícil y a veces somos quienes nos limitamos a salir, pero debemos hacer el esfuerzo para viajar o hacer algo diferente, nuestro cuerpo nos exige algo diferente y debemos hacerle caso a nuestra paz y salud mental y física .
