Hmmm... Should I do another post simply with leaves, sunlight and so, as in the garden? Is that not pushing the theme?

The track

Its been raining today as well, but it cleared up later in the day. All I needed to do was to get some simple food, and why not take the camera along?

Its tilted quite a bit

I rarely left for anything without my Leica for years, then later on it was all different sorts of gear, while working professionally. But that habit has faded. Until now?

Just a leaf

So I changed my thinking once I found this track along a dirty trickle of water, just do it!

Another flower that I do not know the name for...

I needed to get more used to this old Nikkor 35/2.0 as well. Doing the cats in motion yesterday helped, and now I could get to test it further, including closeups.

A twig?

There is a name for these? My mind is blank right now, but I do enjoy how it was rendered in the end!

Deep green leaves

I can turn this into a habit, a new style, that is what I'm thinking when I see these while posting!

Leaves and track

Actually it has to be spot on, the depth of field close up at 2.0 feels like way less than a centimeter, so moving my head is enough to lose a shot! Or make it...

Another twiggy thing

I did not think I'd be able to see the focus directly without the split view and/or focus indicator, but actually it works combining all of these... I guess I'm learning a new mode of doing this, which proves that learning is key even after doing something for 4 decades!

Tree trunk

This would look even better with full raw conversion, but it works well as is too.

Water droplets on a leaf

When this gets tack sharp with no autofocus or tripod, well then I should keep using this 35mm a lot!

Abother leaf

Not much depth of field here, just enough for the outline to pop out.

Looks like a jungle

It looks like a jungle, but it is a simple, tilted track, that is all.

Leaves with pole

Leaves with pole

There was a telephone or electricity pole in there, which made for some interesting shape in the background. I could have gotten more out of that, but that is what I have for now.

Flower offering

Actually the flower offering at the entrance is synthetic flowers! That makes sense, it won't have to be replaced every few days then...

So,that was a simple track in the middle of nowhere!
