I played disc golf with three other friends this morning out at the local eighteen-hole course down by the river. We had a lot of fun and the weather was nice. It was a bit windy in the second half of

I did some hiking in the woods with Doggie this afternoon. It had been raining earlier in the day so it was a bit wet. The air was fresh. A small hole in the bottom of a large stump: An old stump covered

I did a bunch of cleaning around the house today. At a certain point, the carpet starts to take on a life of its own and you need to clean a bunch of spots by hand. Doggie might have something to do with

I did some short walking down to the park today. I feel good but I'm resting my arm to give it plenty of recovery time. The weather has been windy and cold so it is not very inviting to go disc golfing

My friends and I played an eighteen-hole disc golf course this morning. It was difficult to get good footing at times. (Mud and snow were everywhere.) I was having issues with not wanting to throw hard

I mostly rested today and walked around down to the park. There were a lot of birds out in the front yard. I took a few pictures of them through the window. A robin in the snow: Flowers in the sunlight:

The good news is that I won the league. I also got another Thought Space disc with some scrip. It was a close last round but I managed to win the round today too. The weather was wonderful. I dressed and

I helped clear some branches and logs from out of the fairway on the blue disc golf course today. There were a lot of volunteers doing the work. We all got a nice meal and a couple of passes to play disc

We played an eighteen-hole course that I had never played before today. It was a bit windy and cold. This made it difficult to score well. I won the round with a +11 score. My friends had +15 and +24.

I must have been really tired yesterday evening because my sleep tracker thought I was asleep from 8 pm. I went to bed at around 11 pm but I guess I was sitting in the chair kind of dozing off while watching

It was a fun round today out on the disc golf tournament. We played the red course off the green tees. The good news is that I managed to win the division by playing an 847-rated round. I also got my lost

I did some walking today and stayed around the house. I was going to do some putting practice but it was very rainy in the morning and everything was wet. I have a tournament to play in the morning so

My friends and I played a heavily wooded eighteen-hole course today. It was a bit muddy and footing was challenging at times. Other than that conditions were nice with just a bit of rain at the start of

I went out for a short walk this morning. Doggie always likes his morning walks. He has a way of persistently barking at me until I do his bidding. Ruff... ruff... etc., lol. Other than that I mostly rested

I played a couple of rounds of disc golf today. I met my friend this morning and we played the Red course off the Green tee pads. It is the same course and pads we will play on this Sunday in the tournament.

I rested today and just did some walking around the neighborhood. I played disc golf hard on Sunday and Monday. I'm planning to play hard again tomorrow. It seems to be helping a lot to rest my arm
