I stayed inside except for a brief walk with Doggie. The weather was nice with some short periods of rain. I've been in the sleeping more and resting mood.
It is really nice to not have to do anything if you don't want too. Sleeping a lot this time of year seems to feel nice with the lower amount of light and grey skys. I paced around inside to get the necessary steps for this post.
I'm still feeling a bit of pain along the right side of my body but it is a bit better. I should really take a few weeks off from disc golf but I want to finish up the winter league.
