I played a 9 hole disk golf course this morning but it really wasn't the greatest round. The wind was a bit of an issue and I ended up putting a disc into the water on hole two. I did end up getting it back but it was a cold morning to go wading.
Later on I headed over to my mom's house for lunch. It was wonderful to be able to spend some time with her and enjoy her food.
It was just a gorgeous day for this time of year and my mom and I walked around this lake:
I remember this lake from my childhood, it has changed a lot. The trees have grown a lot taller and much of the grass has gone back to a wild state. I think it has really gotten a lot more beautiful.
There were a couple crows up in the tree and a hawk:
The crows ended up chasing the hawk away.
It is kind of special whenever you see a flower blooming this time of year so I had to take picture of this one:
