We played three rounds of disc golf today. I had a couple of personal best rounds with a -3 score this morning. I was really happy about that. I played with my son on the first round and my son and a friend on the second one.
It was a very nice day with good weather while we were playing. (Overcast and a bit cooler.) It started raining in the afternoon and clearing in the evening. We went out for a short nine hole round after dinner. There were a lot of people out on the course playing in the baseball fields. Some younger kids were practicing with a coach.
We decided not to keep score officially but I ended up even for the round.
I almost turned the Destiny disc out into the road again this evening but luckily it turned into a roller and came back into the fairway. There was a lot of traffic using the road so naturally I just had to use a disc that makes the throw more difficult, lol. It is a lot of fun to throw because it goes a long ways when thrown correctly but it is kind of risky and when there is more danger involved my chance of throwing it right goes down a lot.
Here's a view taken today looking back towards the tee pad of hole nine:

The perfect right hand backhand line splits the gap in the tree or passes very close to the trunk on the right. It is a difficult throw to make for birdie but it usually plays for par even if you hit the tree.
