I played a couple of short nine basket disc golf rounds today and walked the dog. My son and I played on a team against a couple of friends. We ended up playing really well and had a lot of birdies.
On the last short distance putt we both had the disc drop out of the basket after making just about the perfect throw. The baskets on the course are older and don't catch the disc very well. It really didn't mater much to the score though.
The new Sword disc I found yesterday flys very nicely. It is a bit more stable than I would expect based on some of the reviews I read. Some people have said it flys like a beat in Wraith disc but that does not seem the case for me but I've only thrown it a few times. My Pro Wraith disc is getting kind of less stable though and that plastic starts out a bit less stable than other premium plastics.
