This evening my son and I got out to play an eighteen basket round in the nearby course by the river. It was gusty and windy. I usually do well in windy weather but this evening there were a few throws that kind of got away from me.
I ended up taking a couple of double bogies and lost the round to my son. He's getting much better at playing in the wind. I think the last time we played in the wind he did not do so well.
The rock roses are just about to start blooming and what's that in the background?

I'm still spending a lot of time playing with the puppy and getting him introduced to the new household. He seems to be enjoying all the toys and new things. Being out in the yard is a favorite thing for him.
It has been harder for me to get my exercise lately and I don't have near as much time to ride my bike or go for long walks. The puppy is too small to take for any walks and needs a lot of supervision.
You do get kind of tired in an odd way trying to look after something that goes around doing all kinds of strange things. He chews on just about everything.
He is a really fun dog and wonderful to have around though.
