I played an eighteen basket disc golf round with my son. I won by a point. It was a bit windy today but we both played well for the conditions.
My friend texted me today and I knew he wanted to play together too. I'm still trying to keep my social distance from anyone not in the same family for safety and government regulations though. (I wouldn't want some of her majesty's troops to read me the riot act over the loudspeaker or something... "By order of the high command, ye shall disband, lay down your discs or we shall...☠) LOL 😁
It sure would be nice to play with some larger groups again.
Perhaps this summer we will learn more about what is best to do about this virus issue. I personally think that close indoor environments are much more of an issue than playing outside with other people. Especially considering how far apart people usually are when playing disc golf.
I have heard that some studies have indicated that sunlight kills the virus very quickly and most transmission of the virus has happened in indoor areas.
Fixings for tonight's dinner:
The final pizza output:
Very tasty! Easy enough to fix but yeast is rather difficult to find in the stores around here. This was made with a wet yeast that was the only thing available at the moment.
Here's another picture of my new favorite disc:
This flies very nice under a variety of situations. It is stable enough to throw into a headwind. It has a bit of a Zebra thing going and sometimes it kind of hides in the grass but I'm getting better at spotting it. You kind of have to look for something orangeish reddish, bluey, purple and cleverly disguised as some alien's bodily fluid output, LOL.
Happy Saturday everyone!
