I did a long bike ride today of around thirty miles. The ebike helps make this distance easier to do but I was on the lowest pedal assist setting for the ride out to a disc golf course and I got a bit tired.
I decided not to play disc golf then because of how tired I felt. Instead I went looking for my lost Tern disc but I could not find it.
There were a lot of ripe blackberries all over the place so I had fun grazing around on them. They are nice to eat but I was feeling like something more for lunch afterward so I had some water and a snack bar and rode back home.
This morning it was kind of foggy and there were spider webs coated with dew all over the yard. Here's one that was very close to the flowering oregano:
Later on when I was riding my ebike I saw this old train car that I thought was interesting:
It looked like it was being repaired or something. There was a train engine in a garage nearby that I took a picture of too but it was from kind of far away. There was a no trespassing sign nearby so I decided it was best not to go close by it.
I find these old train cars pretty interesting and wonder what it would be like to travel around in them back when trains were really popular.
It seems like you could really make some fancy train cars now with all the things we have available but I don't think there are many (or any?) private train cars any more.
Here's another picture of the flowers in my yard:
These stargazer lilies smell very nicely right now.
I also walked Dog-oh today, he was grateful to get outside.
In the evening my son and I played a nine basket game of disc golf. The score was even and we both scored one over par for the course.
