I was a bit tired out today so I did not do too many steps. I have not been sleeping too well recently.
I walked the dog and played disc golf with my son. I won this time by one point. We are pretty closely matched and it is a lot of fun to play together.
The wind was a bit of an issue again. I'm learning how to deal with it better but it does get tricky to figure it out when disc golfing.
This morning I took this picture of the stargazer lily growing in the backyard:
The plants have not been doing too well recently I think they are getting old or something. Most of the other lilies did not flower. I'm not sure how long they usually last but they were blooming very nicely for several years. I guess I need to replant them or something.
The other lilies that I purchased recently and planted in the front yard, did finally flower while we were on vacation. It looked like the color was much different than what was advertised. Perhaps it is better to buy that kind of stuff locally instead of over the internet. I did like the color though - it was just not what I was expecting. Hopefully they will come back up next year.
