Hello good people of the MCGI Hive Community, I bring to you Calvary greetings all the way from Nigeria. God has really been good to us and his mercies always endures forever.
It was another wonderful and spirit filled session of the Mass Indoctrination, I was privileged to participate in the program via zoom and I must confess it was really worth it, God has been using his servant Bro Eli to teach us the pure doctrines of Christ.
Important lesson learned from today's teachings
Bro Eli still continued the topic on prayer and how to do it properly so we can get our desired answer from God.
The servant of God talked about fasting which can be added to prayer also. Fasting and prayer is good for Christains because it gives us extraordinary answers from God that man can't give you, there is a saying that "Where science fails, Prayer prevails".
Fasting is good for the health, as scientist has discovered that three days fasting can boost the immune system and it refreshes part of the body like the liver and kidneys.
Matthew 6:16-18. Whenever we are fasting we should not make it obvious like in the Pharisees in the Bible that allow themselves to look tattered and rough so others can know what we are doing. Let us fast and pray openly so that God can reward us openly, that is the right thing to do as true Christians.

Husband should take care of their wives and family. The Bible says anyone who cannot take care of their family is worst than an infidel. A wife should respect the husband and the husband honour thy wife.
A wife should do not deny his husband her body because it belongs him so the husband also, except when they are in the period of fasting and prayers, they can separate for that period of time so that they will remain clean then afterwards they can come back together. Wives be neat for your husband just as the Bible say "Cleanliness is next to Godliness".
A Man should not cover his hair when praying and a woman is not supposed to open her air hair when praying, because this acts shows disrespect and disobedience to God. A woman who keeps long hair is a shame to her husband. Let us do the right thing so that our prayers can be answered by God.
Husband and wives should dwell in knowledge so that there prayers would be answered by God. Parents should live a holy and righteous life so that their children will be like them also. When the parents do not live a righteous life, their children will live a wordly and disobedience life, let us train our children in the way of the lord.
We know sometimes is hard to keep to this doctrines that is why we asked to pray without ceasing for God to help us.
