If you would have put your 10% down payment (let's say $35 000) into bitcoin instead of buying a $350 000 home two years ago, you would now have around $900 000 and could almost buy 3 of those same homes for cash today.

Buy low sell high.
Don't be a slave to the bankers. My opinion is stay away from Canadian real estate and grow your capital. If I owned I'd definitely be selling this year before the masses are trying to get out and real estate is devaluing.
