Before providing the meaning of the artwork, im going to share how it was being done first.
So now lez do it.
Light sketching
Firstly, I started to draw a pattern of a face by creating an ellipse and drawing lines that divided the ellipse into four. The horizontal line stands as a guide to make the eyes while the vertical line helps to determine the accurate position of the nose, lips and the distance between the eyes.

And then i drew the major features of the face such as the eyes, the nose and the lips by determining its accurate placement with respect to the lines.

Inking
After sketching, I then applied ink to it using a 0.1 fine tech pen and used the hatching technique in shading.

I continued inking the sketch and finalized everything before I started the most interesting part which is doodling. And yes, hatching in one direction, still.

Doodling
I then started adding some doodle characters at the left side of the head, full of creative stuff . I just let my hands did the work.

And then the right side... Some stuff... Weird stuff... Im not sure... Really weird.
