When I first came to China in 2015 I noticed lots of small business runned by local people and first I wasn't realizing I could see them selling steamed buns for instance from 5am till 8-9pm every single day. Only after I realized it I really felt so much admiration towards them. Just imagine - 14-15 hours a day of work with no days off. This it remarkable.
