So about the democratic presidential circus last night. I am just kidding! I’m not inspired to write about the debate last night, neither the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

However, I find the fallout of the company, WeWork, attractive because of its recent business practices. About a few weeks ago, WeWork decided to delay their initial public offering (IPO) because they have been struggling financially. WeWork has made a lot of money, but it’s lost a lot at the same time. What has been going on inside the business has probably lead many people to think that they are not a company investors are willing to take bets on. I like the concept of WeWork’s business, but their practices are not what I would do in running a company.

The troubles going on at WeWork show that we need to keep in mind what happens if you don’t stay disciplined and delay instant gratification. Even if your business is growing, don’t stop there. Your motto should be to keep on going and grow the company further. Whether that is adding new employees, bringing an additional million dollars, or if it’s giving back to society. If you run your business as WeWork has been lately, you will fail and eventually lose credibility in the marketplace.
