鯛 Taiyaki, Berlin- Friedrichshain- Awesome Japanese Desserts

Unusual sweets from Japan
Japanese sweets are obviously becoming more and more popular in Berlin. The Taiyaki Berlin in Friedrichshain is the latest addition and just opened in June 2019 right next to the Ramen x Ramen.
Taiyaki does not only stand for the traditional Japanese pastry in fish form, more precisely in the form of a bream (鯛). There is also ice cream in Taiyaki-shaped waffles.
Besides the ice cream in the flavours Matcha and Mochi, there are also lemonades and teas in special Japanese flavours like Yuzu. The Taiyaki, which gives the tea its name, is available with the classic fillings Anko (red beans) and vanilla cream.
I have decided to go for a Crispy Sundae as my first real Japanese dessert ever.
Conclusion: The Crispy Sundae is a very yummy dessert, not too sweet and with 5,5.- Euros a little bit pricy but the quality is it worth.
