On Splinterlands, two new game modes were introduced in Ranked Play during 2025:

In Splinterlands Ranked Play there are only two formats in which bots can be used: the Wild Format and the Survival Mode.
I really like playing Splinterlands but only in formats where bots are not allowed.
My personal choice is to only play in formats where bots are allowed if I can make a profit, but if I had the power to change the game dynamics I would ban bots in all Splinterlands formats.
I don't play in Wild Formats because after a three season test using XBOT I got unsatisfactory results:

Instead, I am active in the Survival Mode where there is no Wild Pass and where I use XBOT managing to achieve seasonal SPS gains that are lower than my seasonal gains in the Modern Format but still positive and useful to allow me to increase the amount of staked SPS in my possession.
The game format in which I am most active is the Modern Format.
In the current season I only started playing in Modern Format when there were 6 days left until the end of the season because from 14 August to 24 August I was on holiday with my family.
Considering that I started playing very late compared to previous seasons, I am satisfied with my seasonal results so far:
Before the release of the Arcane Conclave set I used to play regularly in the Diamond leagues of the Modern Format and sometimes even managed to play in the Champion III league.
Since I can't use my Chaos Legion cards in Modern Format I have dropped down to playing in the Gold leagues of Modern Format but my short to medium term goal is to get back to at least playing in the Diamond III league.
My main obstacle to returning to play in the Diamond leagues in Modern Format is the lack of a good number of top level archons.
In fact, in Modern Format I can only use one top-level archon of my own: Akane of level 4.
I compensated this lack by renting two top-level archons: Nomos (cost: 39.9 DEC per day) and Avina Of The Wolf (cost: 44.56 DEC per day).
The decision to rent two top level archons is proving profitable because my win rate has improved and in fact in the current season I have a win rate = 56% (65 wins in 116 battles).
To increase the battle strength of my card collection usable in Modern Format my strategy is:
Today I used the useful filters in the My Cards section of Peakmonsters to quickly find cards I don't use in battles or very rarely use in the various game modes.
In particular, I started this search using the Not Used (days) = 7 filter to see all the cards I own that I haven't used in a 7-day time span.
Thanks to this research today I have identified several cards that I can sell
For example today I put up for sale Pyromancer, Epic Reward card of the Untamed set, because I verified that I haven't used it for 8 months.
I put this card up for sale at the same price as the best BID on the market because I wanted to sell it immediately.
To see if there are any bids for a card is very easy thanks to Peakmonsters.
In fact in the Buy Cards section by clicking on the card image and then clicking on CARD BIDS you can see if there are any ongoing bids.
In the case of Pyromancer there was an offer to buy 46 BCX at a price of $0.102 per BCX.
I put my Pyromancer level 3 (=10 BCX) up for sale at the price of $1.02 so I can sell it immediately.
And indeed my card was sold and I received 1171,411 DEC = $1,020.
Today I also put some of my cards on the rental market
Level 3 Byzantine Kitty is the summoner I used most in Modern Format before the release of Untamed cards from this format.
I have tried several times to sell my Byzantine Kitty without succeeding because I don't want to sell her off at a low price in the hope that in the future I will be able to use her again in a format without bots...
This time I will try to make her available for rent.
Thanks to the tool SplinterRoi created by 
Peakmonster shows me a Conservative rental cost of 71,709 DEC per day.
For my Byzantine Kitty I chose to ask for 70 DEC per day.
Today I went to the SHOP->CARD Packs section of the Splinterlands website and bought 15 Starter packs.
In the next pictures you can see the 75 cards I found.
Thanks to the cards I found today I was able to make two upgrades:

Nel Ranked Play di Splinterlands ci sono solo due formati in cui è possibile utilizzare i bots: il Wild Format e il Survival Mode.
A me piace molto giocare su Splinterlands ma solo nei formati in cui i bots sono vietati.
La mia personale scelta è di giocare nei formati in cui sono consentiti i bots solo se posso ottenere un guadagno ma se avessi il potere di cambiare le dinamiche di gioco vieterei i bots in tutti i formati di Splinterlands.
Non gioco nel Wild Formats perchè dopo un test di tre stagioni in cui ho usato XBOT ho ottenuto dei risultati non soddisfacenti:

Sono invece attivo nel Survival Mode dove non c'è il Wild Pass e dove uso XBOT riuscendo ad ottenere dei guadagni stagionali in SPS inferiori ai miei guadagni stagionali nel Modern Format ma comunque positivi e utili a permettermi di aumentare il quantitativo di SPS staked in mio possesso.
Il formato di gioco in cui sono più attivo è il Modern Format.
Nella stagione in corso ho iniziato a giocare nel Modern Format solo quando mancavano 6 giorni alla fine della stagione perchè dal 14 agosto al 24 agosto sono stato in vacanza con la mia famiglia.
Considerato che ho iniziato a giocare molto tardi rispetto alle precedenti stagioni sono soddisfatto dei risultati stagionali che ho ottenuto fino ad ora:
Prima del rilascio del set Conclave Arcana giocavo stabilmente nelle leghe Diamond del Modern Format e qualche volta riuscivo anche ad affacciarmi nella lega Champion III.
Da quando non posso usare le mie carte Chaos Legion nel Modern Format sono sceso a giocare nelle leghe Gold del Modern Format ma il mio obiettivo di breve-medio termine è di ritornare a giocare almeno nella lega Diamond III.
Il mio ostacolo principale per tornare a giocare nelle leghe Diamond nel Modern Format è la mancanza di un buon numero di archons di massimo livello.
Infatti nel Modern Format posso usare un solo archon di massimo livello di mia proprietà: Akane di livello 4.
Ho sopperito a questa mancanza tramite il noleggio di due archons di massimo livello: Nomos (costo: 39.9 DEC al giorno) e Avina Of The Wolf (costo di 44.56 DEC al giorno).
La scelta di noleggiare due archons di massimo livello si sta rivelando profittevole perchè il mio win rate è migliorato e infatti nella stagione in corso ho un win rate = 56% (65 wins in 116 battles).
Per aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format la mia strategia è:
Oggi ho utilizzato gli utili filtri nella sezione My Cards di Peakmonsters per trovare velocemente le carte che non uso nelle battaglie o che uso molto raramente nelle varie modalità di gioco.
In particolare ho usato il filtro Not Used (days) = 7 per vedere tutte le carte di mia proprietà che non ho utilizzato in un intervallo di tempo di 7 giorni.
Ad esempio, oggi ho messo in vendita Pyromancer, carta Epica Reward del set Untamed, perchè ho verificato che non la uso da 8 mesi.
Ho messo in vendita questa carta allo stesso prezzo della migliore offerta BID presente sul mercato perchè volevo venderla subito.
Vedere se ci sono offerte di acquisto per una carta è molto facile grazie a Peakmonsters.
Infatti nella sezione Buy Cards cliccando sulla immagine di carte e poi cliccando su CARD BIDS è possibile vedere se ci sono offerte di acquisto in corso.
Nel caso di Pyromancer c'è un offerta di acquisto di 46 BCX al prezzo di 0.102$ per BCX.
Ho messo in vendita il mio Pyromancer di livello 3 (=10 BCX) al prezzo di 1.02$ in modo da venderla immediatamente.
E infatti la mia carta è stata venduta e io ho ricevuto 1171.411 DEC = 1.020$
Byzantine Kitty di livello 3 è l'evocatore che utilizzavo di più nel Modern Format prima dell'uscita delle carte Untamed da questo formato.
Ho provato più volte a vendere la mia Byzantine Kitty senza riuscirci perchè non voglio svenderla nella speranza che in futuro potrò utilizzarla nuovamente in un formato senza bots...
Questa volta proverò a metterla disponibile per il noleggio.

Peakmonster mi indica un costo di noleggio Conservative di 71.709 DEC al giorno.
Per la mia Byzantine Kitty ho scelto di chiedere 70 DEC al giorno.
