In this time of the total destruction of our ecology, our corn and grains in developing countries (especially United States) suffer greatly from genetic splicing and pesticides. The varieties of corn are being reduced to a few superstrains, eliminating a whole range of colored corn with specific benefits.
Some of our grains have actually become toxic. Monsanto and other big companies use dangerous chemicals to wipe out everything living - bees, caterpillars, ladybugs as well... . Tests on humans are coming back from labs indicating that high levels of pesticides are now found in our blood. These levels are creating medical problems.
This is irrisponsible and even tragic on so many levels.
