This is so true,I know of someone who was given a substantial amount of money,he decided to buy a car and so he went for a "cheap car" which lacked vital things. His thought was that he would be able to fix the vital things with just little but trust me he spent more than he budgeted to put the car into shape just because he wanted to save cost by purchasing a cheap car instead of a Complete car.
