Is it a pregnancy if the fainting or vomiting of a lady?
Evaluation of nausea and vomiting:
Measurement of vital signs.
Observe the symptoms of dryness such as: Dryness of the skin - Lack of urine intake - Changes in the condition of nerve - Dry mucosa - Ensure the presence of pain in the abdomen.
Warnings:
Due to food poisoning caused by acute nausea - vomiting - abdominal cramps - diarrhea - feeling of stress.
Note the general condition of the patient whether there are symptoms of other diseases.
First aid protocol for nausea and vomiting:
Do not give oral Shi until vomiting stops.
After the cessation of vomiting gives the patient fluids repeatedly and in a few quantities so as not to be dehydrated.
Avoid fatty foods that contain fat.
Refer to the doctor:
If there is chest pain or shortness of breath.
If urine or stool is accompanied by blood or dark color.
If there are symptoms of severe dryness.
If vomiting continues for a long time (no retention of fluids) for two days.
When there are symptoms such as: fever - headache - feeling dizzy - stiffness in the neck.
