A digital artwork I illustrated in Procreate on the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.
Procreate has a great liquify tool, which is how I created this effect. It's similar to the Adobe Photoshop filter.
The original illustration, before I worked with the liquify tool is shown below, which has a charm of its own. I think I might actually like it better. What do you think?
